Monday January 8 - Sunday January 28

Thank you for joining us on our 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting!

How it all works…

Over these 21 days, we will be using a 21 day Prayer Guide (available to download below) and following a YouVersion plan called 21 Day - Acts Challenge. Over the course of the 21 days, we will be praying for ourselves, our community, and that God’s kingdom would come and His will be done.

Prayer Guide:

Download (and print if needed) our 21 day Prayer Guide to join us as we pray together over these three weeks.

Join our digital plan:

If you can, we recommend joining the plan digitally: set up a free account to access it on your computer, or download the Bible app if you’re using a phone or tablet (if you don’t already have it), and then join the plan. You will then be able to follow along the with the plan on your computer, tablet, or phone and engage in shared discussion with the rest of us so we can encourage one another.

Making the most of it…

We encourage you to pick and time and place each day to sit and come before God, seeking His Presence, following the plan, and listening to God’s heart. We also encourage you to write down two or three things that you would like to see God do in your own life, write them down, pray about them each day, and see how God answers those prayers over this 21 days.

Points of connection…

In addition to our personal times of prayer following the plan, we have several community prayer connection points also planned over these three weeks:

A final thought…

Here at Numa, prayer is the foundation to everything we do. We are excited about what God is doing and have already seen Him move powerfully when we pray, so we are expectant that - as we pray together over these 21 days - we will see the spiritual atmosphere of South Surrey and White Rock shift, that God will move in our own lives, and that we will have clearer eyes to see what God is doing around us.

In Judges 7, God whittles Gideon’s army down from 32,000 to just 300. Why? Because God was doing a work only He could do, and with the men who were set aside for this mission, God was able to rescue the Israelites against an enemy that was numerically a lot more powerful than they were. We may not be many in number, but we believe God is going to use our faithful community to bring down some big enemies in our region.

In Exodus 33, Moses said to God that he didn’t want to go where God’s Presence wasn’t going. This is our heart for Numa: that we won’t go where God isn’t calling us, and we won’t do what He isn’t asking us to. May God’s Presence lead us and guide us all, and as we pray over these three weeks, let’s listen to His voice for our lives, for the life of Numa.Church, and for the community in which He has placed us.

Once again, thank you for joining us in these 21 Days of Prayer. May God’s kingdom come and His will be done as we journey together!
