New to Numa?

We meet Sundays at 10am at the Caprice movie theatre in South Surrey, BC and we would LOVE to welcome you!

Here’s what you can expect:

We hope you’ll find the environment and general vibe of being in the Caprice familiar. But we know that experiencing a church for the first time can be a little nerve-wracking for some, and raise questions for others - regardless of where it is!

We want to make your first experience of Numa.Church a great one and leave you feeling like you’ve found a place to belong! So here’s a few details you might find helpful to know…

How long is it?
Services typically last 80-90 minutes. Our band leads some songs to begin - lyrics are on the screen so you can sing along and engage however you feel most comfortable. We pray, share some brief announcements, and then hear an encouraging, hope-filled message from the Bible by one of our pastors.

What’s it like?
We’re pretty informal, relaxed, and friendly. You can expect a warm welcome and friendly smile - as well as free, fresh coffee from our coffee bar - when you arrive. Whatever your story, whatever your background, wherever you may be on the journey of faith, we want you to know that you are welcome, you are loved, and you belong.

What about my kids?
Our Numa Kids programme runs alongside our Sunday Service so you can check your kids in before the service (Pre-K through grade 6) and they will have a blast! If it’s your first time, we highly recommend that you pre-register your kids in advance. If you want to get a feel for the kind of songs and material your kids will be engaging with when they’re not playing with toys or making crafts, you can access Numa Kids episodes on YouTube. Have teenagers?
We run a monthly youth meet-up at Numa (find the upcoming dates here) and host a youth table at our weekly Group Nights, providing a great opportunity for our teens to grow in faith. Some of our teenagers also connect with an amazing youth programme at a church we’re closely related to while we work towards growing our team to enable our own weekly youth programme. Email us to find out more.

Have questions?
Drop by The Hub in the Lobby - you won’t miss the big blue wall! Our team would love to meet you and help however they can! Alternatively you can email hello@numa.church

Starting Point

Starting Point is exactly what it sounds like: it’s your starting point if you’re new to Numa. Pastors Nic and Sarah present two short videos you can watch at home in your own time, introducing you to the heart of Numa and how you can find a place to belong and a place to grow.
