Nic and Sarah Arkley
Our Lead Pastors, Nic and Sarah, are passionate about helping people find life, community and purpose in Jesus. Originally from the UK, they emigrated to Canada in May 2019 to start a life-giving church carrying a message of hope and the abundance of life available through Jesus.
Nic lived, studied and worked in Vancouver from 1998-2000 before returning to the UK to complete his education. He has a Masters in Applied Theology and has been in full time ministry since 2007, serving as a Worship Pastor and later as an Associate Pastor before the move to Canada. He loves to teach the Bible in a way that applies to life today and has a passion to see people’s lives transformed through a living relationship with Jesus.
Sarah is a Pastor’s Kid and has served in Church throughout her life, gaining a wide range of experience in many areas of ministry. She is a gifted leader, has an undergraduate degree in Theology, loves to study and teach the Bible, and enjoys helping people discover their full potential in Jesus.
Together, Nic and Sarah have a heart for the community of South Surrey and White Rock and share a vision to see Numa reach this community with the love and truth of Jesus, meeting both the practical and spiritual needs of those who live and work in the area.
They have been married since 2009, love spending time with their two kids, Ella and Caleb, and enjoy quiet days on a lake or by the ocean.
